We aim for you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Boonloom.com and to ensure that you can easily navigate our return procedures. Should any issues arise, we are here to assist you.
Below is a concise summary of our return and exchange policy
- You must initiate any return or exchange requests within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Please note that for international orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- For returns within India, items must be sent back to Boonloom.com within 7 working days of delivery.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please refer to the return policy specified on the product page, as each item has its own guidelines. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received to qualify for a return. Ensure that the product is in its original packaging and retains the original tags.
- When returning an item, please include all original brand packaging, including authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags.
- We offer our customers a complimentary first exchange. Subsequent exchanges or returns will incur a courier service charge.
- Exchanges will only be considered for items that are unused, have all tags attached, have not been washed, and are free from any scents such as perfume or deodorant. Damaged or soiled items may be rejected and returned to you.
- Exchanges, only size adjustments, can only be processed if the items are available and confirmed with you.
- The same return policies apply to exchanges as well.
- Accessories such as jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, and belts, along with garments like briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms, cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled by the customer. Additionally, any product marked as non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase will also not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.
- You may cancel your order only prior to its shipment from our warehouse.
- We do not permit exchanges or returns for discounted items.
- In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incomplete package/product, please contact us via email with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be considered.
